Wednesday, March 31 - Holy Wednesday
Our traditional service of Tenebrae featuring readings, hymns and the extinguishing of candles on the theme “Shadows of the Cross”. This will be on an online service only, available here, on the parish webcast webpage and YouTube at 7:00 p.m.
Thursday, April 1 - Maundy Thursday
A service of music, scripture and reflections on the theme of the Holy Eucharist and the Washing of the Disciples’ Feet as we remember the Lord’s last night of earthy life. This will also be an online service only and will be available available here, on the parish webcast webpage and YouTube at 7:00 p.m.
Friday, April 2 - Good Friday
We will have an in-person liturgy in the church at 11:00 a.m.
Note: You must register for this service. It will be a separate registration pool from the Sunday pool.
An online version of the service will be available on Good Friday morning at 9:00 here, on the parish webcast webpage and YouTube.
We will also hold a Cross Walk around our neighbourhood at 2:00 p.m. We will meet outside the church at 1:45 p.m. and proceed around our neighbourhood in silence, pausing for prayer at several sites on the way and carrying a large cross. We ask you to practice physical distancing and wear masks for this event. You do not have to register for this as it is an outdoor event.
Sunday, April 4 - Easter Day
An online service will be available at 7:45 a.m. as there is every Sunday. You can view it here, on the parish webcast webpage and YouTube.
There will be an in-person liturgy with Holy Eucharist at the church at 10:00 a.m. for which participants will be selected using the regular Sunday pool.
We will also hold an outdoor Service of the Word on the church lawn at 8:00 a.m.
Note: This will not be a Communion service. We will meet on the lawn at 7:45 a.m. We ask you to practice physical distancing and wear a mask. You do not have to register for this service as it is an outdoor event.
Please remember that Easter is a season of 50 days! So if you don’t get selected to come to the service on Easter Day, you can make your Easter communion any of the following Sundays throughout the season up until Pentecost.
